Our customers are our business. We seek to make things right!

Teleclasses/Teleconferences/Webinars & Coaching
If you attend the first session of any teleclass/teleconference/webinar or coaching series  and are not satisfied, you may receive a 50% refund of the cost of the series or class,  provided you notify us within 2 days after the date of the first class or session.

If you are unable to attend the teleclass for which you registered, you may apply the amount you paid towards the next scheduled teleclass. Or you may transfer your registration to another person, provided you advise us of the name of the person who will attend in your place at least 5 days prior to the first session of the next scheduled teleclass.

Audio/Digital/Downloadable Products
There are no refunds on audio or digital (e books, special reports, etc.) products.

Advertising
We do not refund or exchange advertising purchases (banner ads, text ads, solo ads, etc.) unless the ad has not run yet.

Membership Accesses
Our memberships are billed in 30 day cycles on a month to month basis. Memberships can be cancelled at anytime by email notification to Membership@FrantoniaPollins.com. You will retain access to all member areas, products and information through the date ending your current 30 day membership cycle. All future recurring member fees shall cease.

All Other Products
If you receive a defective product, we will gladly exchange your merchandise. Just return the item in the same condition in which you received it in within 15 days of your initial purchase. (Post mark will determine the dates). Exhanges are based on availability of stock. . It would be helpful (but not necessary) for you to include an explaination as to why the item did not meet your needs. A short "heads-up" e-mail would be appreciated so that we can watch for the return and get your refund back to you as quickly as possible.

If the item originally purchased is not available, we will offer to exchange it for an item of your choice, of equal value or offer a full refund.

We request information from the user on our order form. We sometimes use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. If you are a newsletter subscriber, you always have the option of no longer receiving them. At the bottom of each newsletter there is an opt-out option. Simply click on “Please click here to unsubscribe”.

Mechanisms include online, email, telephone, postal mail etc. This helps to assure that the information we collect is accurate and up to date.
